There are two types of blanks: Simple & Complex.
The first one is the “simple” cutting process and die-cutting of the sheet metal. Parts are blanked to obtain the final outside shape. It must always be done skillfully to ensure evenness and avoid possible flaws.
The second one is the “complex” cutting process, also known as fine blanking. Fine Blanking uses special clamping tooling to produce a smooth and square-edged contoured blank or hole.
Difference between fine and normal blanking
We provide these processes with both hydraulic and mechanical presses, depending on the complexity, shape and quantity of the part which needs to be produced. We make use of several machines, starting at 20 tons and going up to 400 tons. We provide full service metal stamping in Vietnam. You can come to us to produce your metal stamping part design, stamping tool and die design and making, Custom metal stamping, Progressive metal stamping, precision metal stamping, high-speed metal stamping, Secondary processing and Assemblies. You are welcome to transfer your metal stamping tools and dies, made by other stamping tool and die manufacturers, to us for future stamping production. Usually there is no charge, and we will be responsible for the maintenance of your metal stamping tools and dies.
