Our suppliers have dedicated metal stamping engineers, tool & die designers. Their Tooling workshops utilize modern machining tools for metal stamping dies machining. Such as wire cutting, EDM and surface grinding machines.
We provide full service metal stamping in Vietnam. You can come to us to subcontract your stamped metal part design, stamping tool and die design and making, custom, precision, high-speed and progressive metal stamping, secondary processing, assemblies. You are welcome to transfer your metal stamping tools and dies made by other tool and die manufacturers to us for future production. Usually there is no charge and we will be responsible for the maintenance of your metal stamping tools and dies.
All the custom metal stamping parts or stamped metal parts produced by us are RoHS compliant and our manufacturers are mostly ISO9001:2015 certified. And we strive for continual improvement to meet our customers toughest requirements.
