In-house surface treatments like powder coating, zinc, nickel and chrome plating are very common processes for our manufacturers. All the processes we offer through our contractors are RoHS compliant.

Labor rates in Vietnam are low, and people are hard working and keen to learn new things. This results in well trained employees who produce good products. Materials like Cold Rolled Steel (CRS), Hot Rolled Steel (HRS), Aluminum and stainless steel 304 & 316 are widely available for competitive prices.  .
